XviD is an ISO MPEG-4 compliant video codec, so designed to compress/decompress digital video. It's a open source project, which is developed and maintained by a handful of skilled and interested engineers from all over the world. http://www.xvid.org
3ivx is an MPEG-4 toolkit that supports MPEG-4 Video, MPEG-4 Audio and the MP4 file format. 3ivx D4 4.5 allows video and audio to be compressed to a fraction of its original size while maintaining high image quality. http://www.3ivX.com
GPL MPEG-1/2 Decoder is a free DirectShow MPEG decoder filter. It can be used to play MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 streams in any media player based on DirectShow. In addition, it can be used as DVD decoder for unencrypted discs. http://sourceforge.net/projects/gplmpgdec

The DC-DVB Source is a DirectShow Source Filter for DVB/ATSC Graphs. Currently DVB-T, DVB-S and DVB-C has been successfully tested. ATSC Playback isn't supported yet. The Filter uses a Plugins System to access the Hardware. Currently supported Devices are all Devices using BDA Drivers and Twinhan Devices with WDM Drivers. MP3 ID3 Tag Editor 0.12 (MP3 read/write information tool)
With this little editor you will be able to edit ID3 v1.0 and v1.1 tags of your MP3 Files. Furthermore it parses the first valid frame header and displays additional informations like header offset, bitrate, samplerate.... It supports Audio mpeg version 1, 2 and layers 1, 2 ,3. Some informations for developers: This tool is relased under the GNU Lesser Global Public License and includes the complete source code. The code can be compiled with Delphi 5, 7 (and above) and with Lazarus ;) .
