Microsoft Windows HTTP Services (WinHTTP) provides developers with an HTTP/HTTPS client application programming interface (API) to send requests through the HTTP/HTTPS protocol to other HTTP/HTTPS servers. Delphi includes a version of Indy, but Delphi is leaking of the WinHttp API. Indy covers the most HTTP cases when using TidHttp, but if there is a need to connect through HTTPS to a server then additional dll's (e.g. openSSL) are needed. With WinHTTP you can use SSL without additional SSL dll's, because the windows included SSL support can be used with it.
Delphi Compilers: Delphi 7 up to Delphi 2010.
Minimum supported client: Windows XP, Windows 2000 Professional with SP3
Minimum supported server: Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Server with SP3

With BTMemoryModule a dynamic link library (DLL) can be loaded from memory (with Delphi and Lazarus) without storing it on the hard-disk first. BTMemoryModule is a Pascal port of Joachim Bauch's C / C++ Memory Module. The port includes the complete memorymodule pascal sourcecode and a Delphi and Lazarus example to demonstrate the use.
Delphi Compilers: Delphi 7 up to Delphi 2010.
Free Pascal Compilers: Lazarus 0.9.28.2 & Free Pascal 2.2.4

The Copyright Royalty Board in Washington, DC has more than tripled the royalty rates for web casters and if left unchanged they will *KILL* the future of Internet radio!
Yesterday(April 26th, 2007) the "Internet Radio Equality Act " House Resolution # 2060 was introduced in Congress. This bill would overturn the CRB's decision and require rates to be re-set at a lower rate.
Let your voice be heard & help push it through Congress.
